No. OPAF Care Connect is a place where healthcare professionals can apply for OPAF assistance on behalf of patients and keep track of all patient cases and statuses. 


Eligible patients prescribed ABILIFY MAINTENA or JYNARQUE can receive nursing support to help with managing shipments and refills of these medications.

Eligible patients prescribed JYNARQUE can also receive reimbursement up to $500.00 annually for REMS-required laboratory tests.
